retrospect express si chiude all'avvio

Salve a tutti,
sono un nuovo utente Mac, ho acquistato l'Hard Disk esterno Mini Max della Iomega da 200 Gb.
In bundle viene fornito il soft Retrospect Express, l'ho installato ma all'avvio si chiude immediatamente.
Forse non è compatiblie con Tiger aggiornato all'ultima versione?
Qualcuno può aiutarmi?

Ciao, anche io ho acquistato un hd esterno (della western digital), con lo stesso software in bundle, e come succede a te non riesco a farlo avviare, ho notato che sul sito della western digital c'è un patch per tiger,ma dopo averla installata non cambia niente....mahhh

Ho risolto seguendo questa procedura suggerita dall'assistenza della Iomega:

Perform the following steps to resolve this issue:

Uninstall and reinstall Dantz Retrospect Express using the included Dantz installation CD. This ensures the OEM license code is reinstalled.

Download and install the latest Retrospect Express 6.1.x for Mac update file.
Restart your computer if prompted.

Note: Be sure to download and install the Express version of the update file.

Launch Retrospect Express for Mac, recreate any backup scripts that were uninstalled and start a new backup.

Questa procedura ha ripristinato il codice di licenza e adesso Retrospect express funziona perfettamente.
