Ho elaborato un mio saggio con iBooks Author e - dopo essermi iscritto - ho inviato il saggio inserendolo tra quelli gratuiti. La spedizione è avvenuta in modo regolare. Dopo qualche giorno ho però ricevuto un email dalla Apple con il seguente messaggio:

This delivery ended in error because the screen shots supplied do not meet Apple's specifications.

Screenshots must be delivered in JPG or PNG format, with iPad resolution of 1024 x 768 or 768 x 1024. You may remove the menu bar from your screenshots if desired, in which case the resolution must be either 1004 x 768 or 748 x 1024.

Please reformat your screen shots and redeliver.

Da notare che io ho esportato il libro nel formato richiesto per essere pubblicato. Per cui non riesco a comprendere cosa devo fare per rendere possibile la pubblicazione. Qualche amico può per favore spiegarmi cosa è successo e cosa devo fare? Grazie :=).
