lancio il logout, mac in crash

quando lancio il logout il mac va in crash...
ogni volta...
utilizzo SL (10.6.2) aggiornato, ora non so se dipende dall'aggiornamento comunque prima non lo faceva.

Non saprei per certo, ma io proverei a disabilitare Rosetta e vedere se succede di nuovo.

Terminale:

sudo sysctl -w kern.exec.archhandler.powerpc=/usr/libexec/oah/RosettaNonGrata

(nel caso, per ripristinarla puoi sempre:

sudo sysctl -w kern.exec.archhandler.powerpc=/usr/libexec/oah/translate

)

In ogni caso memorizza i comandi, ti potranno essere utili per capire, all'installazione, se l'applicazione che stai per utilizzare è nativa per il tuo sistema

Intanto prova e facci sapere se disabilitando Rosetta non crasci al logout.

Con Rosetta disabilitata, se un programma non è nativo ti verrà chiesto di abilitarla

purtroppo il problema va ben oltre il logout !!!

ora va spesso in crash oltre al logout, quando svuoto il cestino o quando apro un'applicazione, quella non risponde più !!!

e oltretutto pare si sia danneggiato anche l'hdd dove TM fa il backup !!

ho fatto la verifica e mi dice di ripararlo lo ripare e mi dice di inizializzarlo ma una volta inizializzato TM mi dice che c'è un'errore e non fa il backup !!!

non riesco proprio a capire ma possibile che succede tutto questo dopo l'ultimo agg. ?

Anche se riluttante a consigliarlo, sarà bene che riparti daccapo.

Cerca di fare una copia dei documenti importanti.
Archivia e reinstalla.

Aggiorna in combo.
riformatta l'HD esterno.

Prima di fare altro verifica i dischi dal DVD.

In generale, trovo troppi problemi generati dall'aggiornamento per troppi utenti.

Ma durante l'aggiornamento, fate attività?
Gli aggiornamenti vanno eseguiti col Mac a posto, non dovrebbe esserci alcuna anomalia evidente.
Vanno eseguiti nelle ore o in situazioni di assenza di sbalzi di tensione.
Senza fare attività, con solo i processi essenziali attivi.

Prima e dopo sarebbe bene fare un controllo degli aggiornamenti delle terze parti, con qualcosa tipo AppFresh.
Non necessita controllare i permessi perché è un fatto che viene eseguito di routine, ma consiglio di riavviare una volta in più

per ora mi sono limitato a formattare l'HDD e a rifare il backup o anche reinstallato SL
senza formattare !!!!

però non ho aggiornato al 10.6.2
voglio vedere se si ripresenta qualche problema, poi aggiorno da "aggiornamento software" e vediamo se succede qualcosa...

ma io dico ma quanta sfiga ci vuole per rompersi l'HDD dei backup e nello stesso tempo anche il sistema sembri vadi a putxxxx

Niente da fare.

Una nuova ricerca evidenzia ancora qualche caso in più di quella precedente.

Non so se vale la pena, ma finché a qualcuno non viene un'idea del perché si verifichi questo problema,
in seguito ad una installazione/upgrade andata a male, e proponga una soluzione valida per risolvere
il conflitto dovuto alla sola presenza di Rosetta, potrai risolvere solo piallando.

O ti tieni il Mac acceso (io lo faccio da anni).

Nei migliori forum Mac se ne parla, ma ancora nessuna soluzione
