backup su pendrive o iPod

Salve a tutti. Sono alla ricerca di un software di backup dinamico e incrementale che mi permetta di chiedere alla fine di ogni sessione se voglio aggiornare il backup sulla mia pendrive da 2GB o, in alternativa su iPod 40GB.
Mi chiedo: esiste questa funzione sul S.O.
Esiste un programma che me lo consenta di fare?

Select your destination
