Verifica permessi e riparazione: problemi che coinvolgono l'hard disk?

uona sera. Vi presento il mio problema, in quanto oggi in assistenza ( centro assistenza apple, perlopiù) non sono riusciti a risolvere i problemi verificatesi qualche giorno fa.
Ho acquistato un Mac Book Pro circa un mese fa e installato Lion. Tuttavia, qualche giorno fa, per l'appunto, si sono verificati alcuni errori, tra cui la visualizzazione automatica durante il riavvio del Mac della schermata dell'App Store ( con cartella elementi di login vuota e senza che fosse segnato "apri al login" sull'icona del dock). Inoltre, le cartelle che volevo eliminare dal dock, ad ogni riavvio ricomparivano magicamente. E quelle aggiunte invece, no.
A questo punto, mi sono recata al centro apple in cui ho acquistato il mac, peraltro centro assistenza e hanno "peggiorato" la situazione, in quanto nessuno dei problemi è stato risolto, il tempo di riavvio ( una volta corretti i files "corrotti") è passato a circa 4 minuti ( contro 1 minuto e 30sec in presenza dei problemi da me segnalati). Allora, l'addetto mi ha consigliato di procedere con una formattazione ( peraltro "rassicurandomi" di poter reinstallare Lion perchè max si poteva scaricare dal sito gratuitamente un paio di volte, addirittura ignorando lui stesso la scadenza dei 30 giorni!) o nella sostituzione estrema, qualora la formattazione non fosse risolutiva.
Arrivo quindi al mio problema: ho letto moltissimi articoli, anche nella pagina di supporto Apple, in cui si consiglia di ignorare alcuni permessi segnalati ma non riparati. Di seguito riporto ciò che in schermata di UTILITY DISCO mi compare (con OnyX):

Mi scuso per la lunghezza della discussione ma desideravo chiedere a chi più esperto ( e non come quel tecnico!), come procedere, se sia un problema risolvibile oppure devo sostituire HDD. Vi ringrazio anticipatamente per la disponibilità e cortesia.

Lion può essere scaricato tutte le volte che vuoi e per qualsiasi Mac di Tua disponibilità, senza limitazioni se non quello della noia.
A cui puoi mettere fine facendone una copia su DVD o su chiavetta usb, volendo.

Il tuo problema non sono i permessi ma una corruzione di alcuni elementi del sistema, i permessi corrotti semmai potrebbero essere un sintomo, mai la causa-
Tra l'altro l'abusata manovra di riparare i permessi, che serve a ben poco nella pratica, molto più utile nel tuo caso una riparazione del disco.

Tralascio i commenti su "assistenti" che portano i tempi di accensione da 1,30 a 4 minuti, sarebbe una lunga teoria di asterischi...

Dovresti riavviare il Mac, poi apri Console in Applicazioni/Utility, sulla barra laterale vai su Documenti>system.log e pubblica le righe da reboot in poi.

Copia ed incolla sul post, disabilita le emoticon e controlla che nel testo dei log non ci sia il tuo nome e cognome esteso

Ma sarebbe bene che li fornisci con ordine.
Dovresti cliccare su Console, nella barra dei menù, sulla bandierina di inserisci contrassegno stando in system.log.

Subito dopo riavvia e posta quel che trovi da contrassegno a quando il Mac finisce le attività di lancio e smette di scrivere i log

Ti ringrazio ancora per l'aiuto e per la disponibilità. Ho eseguito quanto da te detto ( o almeno in parte). Questo risulta essere quanto presente, dopo aver cancellato la cronologia precedente e aver inserito il contrassegno e riavviato il computer. Non capisco granché di questi messaggi. Però se c'è qualcosa per far sì che si risolvano i problemi che ci sono o che possono sorgere, fammi sapere. Ricordano che per il momento il computer è in garanzia, anche se la garanzia è presso centri Apple autorizzati con persone non tanto all'altezza del compito ( e dopo aver spesso 1000 euro e passa per un portatile, direi che almeno un po' di qualità ed esperienza possa essere preferibile!!!).
