Kernel panic?!?!? AIUTO!

Non so dove sia il posto giusto per postarlo quindi lo ripropongo qui sperando in qualche aiuto!

oggi per la prima volta in vita mia ho visto un mac piantato come solo windows sapeva fare... il mac in questione è il macbook della mia ragazza: ad un certo punto è apparsa una finestra con scritto che dovevo premere il tasso di avvio fino al riavvio del mac; fatto e mi è apparso l'avviso da inviare alla apple ( che vi copio in fondo). Non ci capisco molto (niente), qualcuno potrebbe spiegarmi cosa è successo e se soprattutto devo allarmarmi?!?!

I resoconti, ai fini di interpretare i kernel panic, non sono generalmente conclusivi (cioè servono praticamente a nulla).
Contrariamente a quel che succede per conflitti o corruzioni del software.

Se il fatto si ripete con frequenza, compi le azioni necessarie a risolvere (vedi sul Forum, vedi il supporto Apple).
Con frequenza significa più di una volta a settimana.

Altrimenti ignoralo, è del tutto casuale e dovuto a cause non ripetibili
