Problema Masterizzazione

Salve a tutti,

ho un macbook bianco versione 10.4. FIno a un po' di tempo ho sempre masterizzato tranquillamente sia CD che DVD. Ora invece quando inserisco un DVD vuoto il mac me lo butta fuori direttamente...i CD invece posso provare a masterizzarli ma mi da l'errore seguente: OX8002006D

Ho sempre usato le stesse marche di CD/DVD e gli stessi programmi per masterizzare (a volte ITUNES,a volte BURN oppure il masterizzatore normale del finder).

QUalcuno mi sa dare una mano?

There are three primary causes for Error Code 0x8002006D.

1. Dirty lens in your optical drive. The error code means that the burner was unable to perform the power-calibration test for its laser with the media. The test is described in "About optical disc drive burning and write speeds." A dirty lens is the most common cause of this error. Buy a dry CD/DVD lens cleaner at a good electronics or computer store and use it to attempt to clean the lens.

2. Incompatible media. Many new optical disc formats employ dyes for high-speed burning that may not work with older optical drives. The power calibration test fails, not because of a problem with the lens, but because of an issue with the dyes in the optical media. Try a different brand of media.

3. Optical drive failing. Your CD/DVD burner is simply worn out or damaged and needs to be replaced.

Io ieri sera ad un certo punto ho cominciato ad avere problemi a masterizzare normalissimi CD: mi dava ERRORE 0x8002006E (qunindi diverso dal tuo).

Ravanando un po' su internet ho trovato un tizio che aveva contattato l'assistenza Apple la quale aveva consigliato di cestinare le prefrenze del Finder. Ho provato ed è tornato tutto a posto.

Provare non costa niente.

Scusa, ma non ho copito bene come agire. Potresti spiegare nei dettagli come si fa per cestinare le preferenze del finder?
