kernel panic lion

Salve ragazzi,
ho bisogno del vostro aiuto.
Possiedo un macbook di fine 2006 (per più di 5 anni perfetto,niente da dire,meraviglia) ora vi espongo il mio problema:
ogni tanto parte il kernel panic, (nell'ultimo anno penso una decina di volte) premetto che lo faceva anche con snow leopard... Tutto cominciò presumo con la scheda audio m-audio firewire solo che infatti acquistai un anno fa (anche se i driver sono aggiornati,infatti ogni tanto la scheda crasha e devo cambiare il sample rate per sentire nuovamente)..
A volte mi esce il kernel panic anche quando non ho la scheda collegata, però sempre quando il mac sta lavorando bene (itunes,varie pagine safari che con quel azz di plus-in flash mi fa andare la cpu al 100%,avete per caso consigli???)...
Vi incollo alcuni resoconti del kernel panic (per me sono abbastanza incomprensibili) se per caso ci capite qualcosa vi prego di darmi qualche suggerimento su come risolvere...So che il mac oramai ha più di 5 anni, però tranne questa cosa è perfetto, e siccome lo uso anche professionalmente (teatro per mandare musiche) non vorrei mai che............

ciao pure io sto avendo kernel panic a manetta. prima con snowleopard e leopard non sapevo neppure cosa fossero. ora invece con lion è diventata un abitudine. mah
