Widget per tenere sotto controllo le stat del pc

C'è un programma freeware o una widget che mi permetta di vedere la temperatura del pc, l'uso del processore. . lo spazio su disco occupato e altre stats on fly del mio mac book pro ?

iStat Pro, è un widget, lo trovi su www.versiontracker.com.
Per vedere le temperature della cpu devi installare anche Core Duo Temp, che trovi sempre al link sopra.

perfetto direi che è proprio quello che fa al caso mia :P ma c'è una lista delle widget diciamo .. + utili ?

umm dato che ci sono ti chiedo un po' di info su alcune stat che compaiono

sulla cpu: cosa indica la voce nice ?

Sulla ram:
che vuol dire memory wired ? che differenza c'è con memory actived e che differenza c'è tra memory incative e free ?

Sull'uptime
cosa indica la voce load avarage ? e i 3 parametri sottostanti ?

Bettery

e qui un po mi incuriosisce

battery cicles ? cosa sono ?
e battery health ? come mai è a 99% e non a 100% ?

Nice: Percentage of CPU time used by tasks that are running using nice. These processes are using a non standard priority level to give them more or less priority.

Wired memory: This is memory that applications or the system needs immediate access to, so it can’t be cached to disk. It will vary depending on what applications you’re using.

Active memory: This is memory that is actively being used.

Inactive memory: This memory is no longer being used and has been cached to disk. It’ll remain in RAM until another application needs the space.

Load average: The load averages show the system load over the last one, five, and fifteen minute periods.

Cycles: The amount of battery “cycles” the battery has had. One cycle is defined as a complete discharge and charge of the battery, but partial discharge and charges also count. So, two half discharge and charges are the same as one complete discharge.

Battery Health: This is a comparison between your current battery capacity and capacity of it when it was new. For example, if your battery lasted 5 hours when it was new, a figure of 50% suggests you should get 2.5 hours out of your battery now.
