Problema con nuovo Macbook!!!

Ciao a tutti, questo è il mio primo post, ho da poco comprato un macbook white classico dopo tanto tempo che viaggiavo su prodotti decisamente diversi.Ora tutto andava bene quando il computer per 2 volte in 2 settimane ha tirato giu schermata grigia e in varie lingue mi ha detto di dover riavviare.Il computer non stava lavorando, era freddo, senza periferiche di nessun tipo, l'unica cosa che ho installato è magic prefs x aumentare la velocità di quella lumaca del magic mouse.Ma in quel momento il mouse era disattivato.Allega comunque sia report errori.Spero mi potrete aiutare perchè il mac è nuovo, ha 1 mese e mi dispiace che presenti già problemi. sembrerebbe un problema legato alla scheda video... l'unica cosa che posso consigliarti è quella di vedere se ci sono aggiornamenti da fare e poi sta a te indagare in quanto sai tu cosa stavi utilizzando in quel momento
