OS-9 sono stato al negozio apple è mi hanno chiesto euro 90 per scheda airport mi chiedo se è possibile trovare una scheda che costi meno e sia compatibile con il mec grazie a tutti Share this post Link to post Share on other sites

Il forum è strutturato in un certo modo non per sport, ma per correttezza, precisamente correttezza nei confronti degli altri user. In internet esiste poi una cosa chiamata "netiquette" anche se in pochi la applicano, quello che hai fatto tu invece si chiama amorevolmente "spam". Di certo non sono stato gentile ma è come se ti fossi messo a chiamare tutti i numeri di telefono dell'elenco a caso per chiedere risoluzione del tuo problema: ti saresti stupito se qualcuno a quel punto fosse stato scortese? the_joker 10 Report post Posted January 29, 2005 scusate se non ho messo tutte le specifiche , ma il mio è unG3 powerbook nero abbastanza vecchioadesso vi chiedo una nuova informazione, ma se invece di usare airpor collego il mac tramite cavo rete con il ruter visto che ha 4 porte, che ne dite può andare bene, oppure cosa mi consigliate di faregrazie a tuttibeh, certo che può andare bene anzi per la connessione va anche meglio (via cavo è sempre meglio del wireless) ma naturalmente perdi la comodità del senza fili (sempre che per te sia importante). Comunque se il tuo è un PB G3 a 500mhz dovrebbe essere un Pismo cioè l'ultimo PB G3 prodotto, quindo dovrebbe avere lo slot per la scheda airport 11mbit (non airport extreme 54mbit). Purtroppo questa scheda non è più in produzione quindi se la trovi è normale che la paghi quella cifra. Potresti affidarti ad adattatori usb esterni ma anche qui essendo le tue porte usb 1.1 comunque non potresti viaggiare mai a 54mbit che il tuo router permetterebbe... the_joker 10 Report post Posted January 29, 2005 si giusto percio cosa mi consiglidi cercare in rete una scheda del genere... dovrebbero essercene molte in quanto sono le medesime per PC... controlla l'eventuale compatibilità mac e con OS9. Purtroppo (per fortuna) sul mio iBook ho la scheda Airport Extreme quindi non mi sono mai interessato a questi adattatori wireless di terze parti (devo comprare il router uguale al tuo invece ). iDaniele 10 Report post Posted January 29, 2005 be diciamo che se devi solo navigare a 11 mbit non senti grosse differenze in quanto l'adsl è molto più lenta, pero se devi fare un trasferimento file tra client della tua rete interna sei un po limitato come velocità ... una nota per la scheda airport interna al pb è che anche l'antenna è integrata... quindi non hai nulla che esce dal portatile...
