A Reggio Emilia, per il secondo anno, si promuove il progetto Fotografia Europea. Molti eventi nel corso della settimana inaugurale e fino al 10 giugno 65 mostre in varie sedi espositive. Per il 2007 l'obiettivo dei fotografi è puntato sulle città dell'Unione, sul loro rapido mutamento e sulla gente che le popola. E così, tra le opere, quelle di Pentti Sammallahti che guida il visitatore in una inedita e poetica Helsinki.
