v1ruz 10 Report post Posted September 11, 2008 io mi sono accorto di avere la parte sinistra del display leggermente rialzata rispetto quella di destra..non vorrei che peggiorasse ancora..dite che possono sostituirmelo?se si come faccio recuperare il seriale?oggi sono in ufficio ed ho solo l'iphone con me... Scarpa 10 Report post Posted September 11, 2008 Non so come funzioni ma quando ho avuto problemi con la rotellina del mighty mouse sono andato in un APR e me ne hanno immediatamente fornito un altro. Penso possa funzionare così anche con iPhone (anche se c'è la complicazione degli operatori, quindi aspetta qualcuno che ne sa più di me... :-) ) Saluti! v1ruz 10 Report post Posted September 11, 2008 nella mattinata mi sono informato: Alla Apple mi hanno detto che ci mettono max 10gg solari. Spediato via corriere, non ti inviano subito un nuovo iphone..si rimane senza cell per il periodo di riparazione/sostituzione. Informandomi sulla garazia: Mi pare che il difetto sia definibile come difetto di conformità . In caso affermativo posso richiedere la sostituzione dell'apparecchio (entro 2mesi dalla data di acquisto) presso il negozio dove è stato acquistato. Domani mattina mi reco nel negozio e vedo cosa dicono..spero vivamente che me lo sostituiscano subito e senza troppi problemi..non posso rimanere senza cellulare per un tempo indefinito per motivi di lavoro Share this post Link to post Share on other sites
