andreargo 10 Report post Posted September 11, 2008 io ho appena usato l'assistenza apple per la sostituzione dell'iphone (problema con accelerometro) e devo dire che sono dei grandi! -lunedi chiamata alla apple -martedi consegna pacco per iphone e ritiro nel pomeriggio -ieri consegnato pacco alla apple in olanda e controllato già difetto -oggi spedito nuovo iphone con numero di tracking -al 90% domani arriva:) non male direi... Slider3G 10 Report post Posted September 15, 2008 Vi informo che ho appreso all'apple store di Roma (unico in italia come sapete) che gli iphone non si riparano in nessun caso ma si sostituiscono. Altra informazione che vi dò è che se andate a Roma all'apple store accertano il difetto e ve lo sostituiscono istantaneamente... non li vendono ma ne hanno scorte indefinite per sostituirli...
